99% of AI-generated content is garbage.
Generic.
Soulless.
Devoid of any unique perspective.
But the problem isn't the AI:
It's the users.
You see...
Most people use AI wrong:
They're turning into AI-prompt engineers instead of leveraging it properly.
They're delegating their thinking instead of just delegating execution.
They ask AI to:
→ "Generate ideas for my business"
→ "Write me a thread about productivity"
→ "Create a newsletter about personal growth"
Then they wonder why the results feel empty.
Of course they do.
You're asking AI to think FOR you.
Here's what most creators don't understand:
Your unique perspective is the only moat you have left.
In a world where everyone has access to the same AI tools, your perspective is the only thing that can't be replicated.
But if you're not injecting your perspective into the system...
You're just creating the same content as everyone else.
That's why after investing over $52,000 in courses and hundreds of hours building AI systems...
I've developed a 3-part framework to create content with AI that actually sounds like me.
It's a 3-part system designed to systemize yourself with AI without losing your authenticity, true voice or creativity.
It's not just another "prompt hack."
It's a complete system for creating authentic, high-quality AI content that amplifies your voice instead of replacing it.
Here's the exact system to use AI as an amplifier, not a replacement:
1. The Examples Document
This is a collection of your best work in a specific category.
YouTube scripts? Save your most effective scripts.
Want to create newsletters? Gather your best newsletters.
Twitter threads? Compile your highest-performing threads.
This document gives AI concrete examples of your style, structure, and approach.
Without this, AI is just guessing what your content should look like.
2. The Analysis Document
This is where the magic happens.
The Analysis Document breaks down the patterns in your examples:
→ Your unique voice characteristics
→ Structural elements you consistently use
→ Topic patterns and perspective angles
→ Linguistic fingerprints that make your content yours
This document becomes the map for all your future content.
It translates your intuitive style into explicit patterns the AI can follow.
3. The Workflow Document
This is your step-by-step process for completing specific tasks.
It breaks down complex creative processes into sequential steps:
→ How you brainstorm ideas
→ How you structure content
→ How you edit and refine
→ How you format for publication
This ensures consistency regardless of your energy or motivation levels.
Most people focus only on better prompts.
Here we focus on better context.
Without these three documents as context, you're forcing AI to work with incomplete information.
It's like hiring a ghostwriter who's never read your work.
With these documents, AI has a comprehensive understanding of your voice, style, and process.
And when it has ?
It's like having a team member who's studied everything you've ever done.
Entering Kortex:
Now the best way to apply this workflow is to use Kortex.
I've tried dozens of AI tools, but Kortex is the only one that makes this system seamless.
Why?
→ Second brain organization for all your content
→ Multiple AI models accessible from one interface
→ You can link documents as context in any conversation
Other tools force you to copy/paste context or work within limited characters.
Kortex lets you reference entire documents with a simple mention in the chat.
This is crucial for this workflow, where context is everything.
Using this system, I can:
→ Create weeks of content in hours, not days
→ Preserve my authentic voice across all platforms
→ Maintain consistent quality even on low-energy days
→ Focus my creative energy on developing unique perspectives
My audience can't tell which content I wrote myself and which was created using this system.
Because it's all authentically me.
The AI isn't replacing my voice - it's amplifying it.
How to implement this workflow:
1. Start with one content type (newsletters, threads, etc.)
2. Create your Examples Document:
→ Collect 3-5 pieces of content you're proud of
→ Store them in a single document in Kortex
3. Generate your Analysis Document:
→ Use the "Replicate any voice and writing style" prompt in Kortex
→ Feed it your examples document as context
4. Develop your Workflow Document:
→ Break down your process into steps
→ Be specific about your approach at each stage
→ Ask AI to create a complete document summarising your workflow
5. Create a meta-prompt that references all three documents
→ Use the "Write Incredible AI Prompts" in Kortex
→ Attach all your documents inside a new chat in Kortex
→ Let it create an amazing prompt for you
6. Try your workflow
→ Go through each step of the process
→ Ask AI to ask you questions to deepen your perspective
→ Organize your thoughts, create an outline or ask it to write the first draft
7. Edit and refine
The biggest mistake people make isn't using AI.
It's using AI without a system.
Without a system, you're just another person asking AI to "write a good post."
With this 3-step Workflow, you're leveraging AI as a powerful extension of yourself.
One amplifies your uniqueness.
The other dilutes it.
The choice is yours.

Hello Noah, This is a very useful post thank you. I have been a long time Kortex user using a similar system thanks to you. However the - 3. The Workflow Document is not clear for me. What type of document is this, e.g. do I include how I usually go from an idea to implementation for an article? Thanks
